Dove Peacock yesterday from P1, both lines. Basin level is very high, still outflowing, no boil. Yellow to slight brown tint to water, 40-50′ vis with particulate, especially on Pothole line. Suwannee River is still rising however, ~1 foot/day at moment, which could close the system.
This short video below was shot on Pothole line, heading towards P1, showing particulate in water and some sense of current water conditions:
Spring is still holding back a river that is 1-2 feet higher than the river level on 11 Aug 2013 when Peacock Springs last re-opened.
Orange Grove basin also looked about same water quality and also high level. No duckweed in Orange Grove at moment, only covering about half Cisteen.
And Peacock’s closed again due to high level of Suwannee River.
