GUE Fundamentals
A minimum of two students is required to run a Fundamentals class. Wet Rocks Diving usually caps Fundamentals class team at a max of 3 new students, even though a 4:1 ratio is permitted. Course length (4 vs 5 days) depends on area logistics, primarily water temp/vis and travel time to dive sites/fill station. Click here for more info on the GUE Fundamentals course.

Either Schedule
- Remember: Wet Rocks Diving charges NO instructor expense fees for classes in Kona, Hawaii or High Springs, Florida. A daily surcharge may apply in Hawaii. South Florida Fundamentals, Drysuit, Doubles and DPV1 classes have NO instructor travel fees; expense fees for instructor boat seat may apply for classes that use boats if the seat is not comped by the operator.
- We reserve the 4th seat in most Fundies classes for past students of Wet Rocks Diving looking to upgrade, re-evaluate, or refresh their skills. This keeps the main team in each class as a 2- or 3-diver team, which is how we dive. Exceptions can be made for groups of 4 wanting to take a class together. Email
