The name “Wet Rocks Diving” is inspired by the overly-sarcastic, native-northerner response to the southern tuber queries at any FL cave site / local swimmin’ hole (characterization depends on your perspective).
The exchange usually goes something like this:
Tuber: “What do y’all see down there?”
Diver: “Well, wet rocks of course!”
Cave divers know that wet rocks can be beautiful, diverse, intricate, fragile, and awe inspiring. Divers in all environments know that going underwater to get “wet rocks.”
The underwater world has many wonders that give us reason to explore them as divers and conserve them as global citizens. Often, further marvels reveal themselves to us slowly, after many dives, with careful observation and utilization of refined team-diving skills.
Join us at Wet Rocks Diving as we evolve, explore, and enjoy our underwater world.
